AI instructions are markdown files, freely modifiable after install. The only check I could find was once at install against a digest in the marketplace manifest that the publisher controls. But every video agent tool today puts you into either an embedded widget or a Zoom/Google Meet link. Those feel salesy and formal. There’s clearly a missing deployment layer. FaceTime is the opposite. It is the most personal, trusted, and familiar video channel millions of people already use. For WebRTC and video agents to truly become as widespread as VoIP, they need to meet people where they already are. Why it’s hard: FaceTime not only doesn’t have an open API, but it's not even scriptable with AppleScript. We solved this by driving the FaceTime UI programmatically and routing the agent's audio and video through physical loopback machines. It's an early prototype, but we think it's the right bet. Video agents and WebRTC will eventually replace VoIP as the dominant channel of human-agent interaction, and when that happens, they have to meet people where they're already most comfortable. QuantSupport is a quant library that comtemplates curve construction, simulation and risk analytics for a different asset classes (equity, rates, fx, FI). https://github.com/jmelo11/quantsupport It's goal is to be a realistic production tool for financial institutions, instead of being another analytics library as many other tools are. For this, it leverages automatic differentiation from the ground up to obtain risk functionalities (sensitivites), essential for real trading setups. The library features other engines, like and XVA engine and a scripting language for structuring more complex payoff structures. Also, its available an example in the following repo: https://github.com/jmelo11/derivative_structuring where LLMs leverage the scripting functionalities of the library to provide pricing and insights to user prompted requests, allowing model-consitent results and showing the flexibility of the library. Regardless of whether you are 1 or many, these are the issues that you will run into: * random API keys in .env files * OAuth credentials that expire * no visibility of which MCPs are used * no controls over what data is being sent to MCPs There are also nice-to-haves that you wish you've had: * hosting/sharing private MCP tools * fixing context bloat MCP gateways are designed to solve these problems. However, in my experience, they are expensive and hard to use. Everything that I've tried felt like it was designed by someone who can conceptualize the problem, but hasn't experienced it. Whereas I have seen it working for a big team and also trying to setup my own development environment. And that's Rayrun – an MCP gateway that solves hosting, data governance, secrets, OAuth rotation, and gives visibility across your organization. The whole thing started because I had so many tabs open with stuff I wanted to read, across browsers, Mac, Linux, and iPhone. They cluttered everything and got in the way of other things I had to do. Pocket had just shut down when this idea came up, I looked around, tried Instapaper, Raindrop, Matter, and a few others I forget. They were fine, but they all give you a list that only grows, which is another thing to maintain, and not the model I had in mind. Safari has this Reading List feature where you read something and it drops off the unread list. But it’s Apple only and half worked. What I wanted was inbox zero for reading. Open something, read it, come back, and it’s gone from the queue but still in the archive. You keep going until there is nothing left. Links come in from anywhere. Paste a URL on the page, drag one in, or use the bookmarklet, the Chrome and Firefox extensions, or the Apple Shortcut for the iOS share sheet, plus Vim keys, TL;DR summaries on each link, search across everything you have read or saved, RSS for every list, and it works just as well on the phone. The extensions have a couple of tricks that I use all the time. Shift+DD pulls the article text, cleans it up, and sends it to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a new tab, so you can ask it anything about what you just read. Shift+AA opens it in the Internet Archive, handy for paywalled sites when you don’t have a subscription. The stack is Bun, TypeScript, HTMX, and SQLite, with SSE so the list updates the moment you save or read something, deployed on a Hetzner VPS. Full disclosure, Claude Code wrote most of it. I still spent a ton of time dogfooding, testing, and polishing the UI until things felt right. Anyway, curious to know what your current setup is for this.

It manages execution state and guardrails across agents built with different frameworks. Agents run as HTTP services. Rebuno dispatches work through signed webhooks and keeps execution state in Postgres. Agents submit tool and model calls to Rebuno as steps before executing them. For each new step, Rebuno evaluates per-agent YAML policies, independently of the model's prompt. It can allow the call, deny it, or hold it for human approval. The agent executes permitted calls and reports their outcomes. Policy decisions and step outcomes are both recorded in one append-only event log. After an interruption, the agent starts its handler from the top. Steps with recorded outcomes return those outcomes instead of executing again. A crash can also leave a tool with no recorded outcome. Tools marked safe_to_retry run again, and tools marked at_most_once fail as indeterminate. How the agent handles an indeterminate step is up to its implementation. There are Python and TypeScript SDKs, and the repo includes examples using LangChain, CrewAI, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, and Mastra. Rebuno is free to self-host and released under the MIT licensed.
