You discuss about a bug in Slack thread so you mention @Liniora app and it will handle the bug context and create a ticket for you. We have the version control also connected so you create a ticket with ability of creating a separate branch with one-click for both Gitlab and Github. you have as well the Pull request controlled in our place inside the app. lets suppose you have a ticket and you created a branch called 'USER-325-create-login-form' then you merged to staging or production ? it will be automatically flagged with staging/production badge so you know what tickets are done. there are a lot of interesting features i wanted to describe but i will just let you guys discover and i will be very happy about your feedback. While AI coding made building faster, launching was my big problem. Marketplaces and launch platforms (Product hunt, appsumo etc) are a sea of products and it's really tough to pass them with average looking launch assets. I'm not a designer, nor do I find it sensible to pay for a monthly subscription when the launch is not a weekly thing (not yet atleast). So I kept facing this issue again and again when I'd spend hours and hours just researching good visual trends, references, then struggling to get a decent looking outcome right on canva. My goal was not to make my product look like a shiny bright thing - but to make sure people understand what it's meant to do in one glance, rather than scrolling through busy screenshots. By my 10th product, I'd landed on a system that produced high quality gallery assets that I was confident to use - designed specific to the product I’d launch. So I shared the workflow with a few friends and they found it quite nice. It helped their products gain more visibility - visitors could actually understand what your product does without the mental load of looking at a screenshot. So I made this into product and made it available to everyone. Upload the most basic resources : product URL and raw screenshots to generate the whole kit - cover images, launch video, feature cards to explain each functionality. Still in beta. Curious how people use it and what results it brings for them.

So today we're launching Pinch Sidecar, which offers speech to speech translation in-browser for any Chrome browser tab. This is accomplished by sharing the tab audio with our page, where we proceed to mute the original tab and mix in our translated audio with speaker-matched voices. We also offer meeting creators using Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams the ability to host a translated meeting where listeners can listen and interact in their own language through our Sidecar. The tab translation mode is open for free testing for this HN launch. Our ask is just to let us know how it goes, and to share the link to anyone you know organizing multilingual webinars/meetings.

In general, it's a good idea to not have any secrets (passwords, tokens, etc) stored in plaintext files. Also, this allows your machines to be FIPS-140 complaint, if thats a thing for your job. Locksmith is a Maven Core Extension that defers to the MacOS Keychain. The entry format in settings.xml looks like: `{[type=locksmith]nexus.superbiz.example.com/username}` This was a fun project and I used the Project Panama FFM with jextract for the first time. The FFM is a great iteration on JNI (which still has it's place) and was pretty much brainless to use. Setup is quick and easy and I tried to make the readme as friendly as possible. As an aside, I've also architected the core Library indecently from the Maven bits, so if you do need to read from the MacOS keychain in a project, you could pull the core Library in without dragging in Maven. Being 2026, of course Claude was used to assist in the creation of the project, however Locksmith is not vibecoded top-to-bottom. I personally loathe AI slop. I use LLMs as a tool, not a crutch. You can read/write addresses in the memory and watch them live in chart view. It can also flash .elf/.hex/.bin files. I am considering to expand features such as; compiling, debugging, adding serial communication + RTT console, high rate frequency sampling for scope like visualization, shared workspaces, and firmware version management. This is where I am kind of stuck and don't want to invest more of my time just to create web version of what STM already does with its own tool set. How much of your day is spent in STM environment, and what would you move to a browser tool like this product? What is missing on this so you end up not visiting/using it anymore? To be more spesific about how it actually works ; a tiny app that runs Python server built on pyOCD, holds the probe and talks to mcuhex over localhost. Distributed binaries for Windows & MacOS are not signed, in case you want to avoid running unsigned binaries, this server can run from the console with Python these platforms including Linux. The goal was to speed up the frontend / improve the lighthouse score. I distilled the wins down into a leaderboard of most common improvements, then built a wrapper that iterates through them. It ties into your claude/cursor/codex subscriptions, so there's no subscription or payment - it should "just work" as long as you have a sub to one of those. It will ask you to submit your score / thinking trace at the end, but that's optional. Lemme know what you think / if it helps you out!
