Along with inkandops and notgrrly, we are bootstrapping this project to make sure we can focus on building AI tools that benefit authors without replacing them. It is very easy today for anyone to fire up a chatbot or other AI tool to write for them, and it’s a really useful tool that I use every day at my $dayjob, or to summarize and review topics I am researching or working on, but those generated texts aren’t something I care about the authenticity because they are steps to getting a job done. When I write my own opinions, fiction, or D&D content, I don’t want to use generated text, I want to exercise my mind and creativity. That is the constraint we care most about in Oghmere: the AI is not allowed to generate, autocomplete, or rewrite your prose. It can ask questions and point at things in a draft you already wrote, it can even suggest changes you can make, but that's it. This isn't a limitation of a capability - we use Anthropic models, and are experimenting with other providers as well; they are fully capable of writing the sentence or generating text for you, but building that authenticity and working to retain it is the core tenet of the product and platform that we enforce. If you want to know how it actually holds together: there's an authoring pipeline: Voice (built from writing that you provide, or an interview to define a target Voice) → Brief → Outline → Editor Each stage is optional, but they all yield structured data from author interactions that steers the guidance that the coaches provide. We enforce the constraints on AI authorship very simply; the AI tools that can provide coaching and feedback don’t have a mechanism to update the document directly, they can only provide review comments and feedback. There is a tooling surface for deterministic reviews like spellcheck and grammar check to recommend and apply changes, but if an author wants to leverage AI feedback, they have to rewrite their prose themselves. In addition to the coaching and feedback, we are also building in research tooling, and project and document knowledge bases, and AI powered author feedback that assess how you are writing and where you can improve. We also have a weekly writing challenge that allows authors to stretch and grow! Writing, editing, version history, and export are free and unmetered, with some AI powered wizards that can help customize and tailor the experience. There are no direct charges for basic editor features, but all AI and some other capabilities consume credits, all of which are indicated in the UX, examples include coaching passes, a voice-calibration pass, a research query. We hope to change the dependency on credits in the future, but we are still working out the longer term billing/pricing model. Google Forms had everything I wanted: easy setup, Google Sheets integration. But embedded on our site it looked like a patchwork. So I restyled it with CSS to match our branding. I launched that CSS hack as an addon and thousands of customers started using it. One customer segment, doctors, liked our addon but were worried about HIPAA. So we studied HIPAA regulations and built a HIPAA compliance product with e-signatures, PHI field masking and intake forms. But, only the signature feature took off. So, we renamed it as Formesign and pulled the other features back in around it and made it into a DocuSign alternative that lives inside Google Forms, syncs responses to Google Sheets and saves the signed PDF in Google Drive. It is a TPM plugin that uses lifecycle hooks to show working, waiting, idle, and interrupted states. It adds indicators to the window list and pane borders, with an optional popup and sidebar for jumping between agents. It works with your existing tmux theme. Because it is tmux you can customize it the way you want and optimize your workflow. This is an early version that grew out of my own setup. How do you keep track of agents in tmux? I would like to hear what would make this useful in your workflow. I know herdr exists, but couldnt leave my tmux setup.

When your agent gets stuck, hand them a spork! Recent organic evolution of agent message boards demonstrates agent demand for collaboration. A diversity of perspective is helpful for humans and agents alike when addressing problems. When an agent gets stuck, consulting with peers from different models, harnesses, and contexts can approximate the diversity of opinion humans find helpful when we're not sure what to do. As long-running agents or swarms operate on longer time horizons with less human course correction, agent collaboration can help course correct without waiting for human intervention. Agent ecologies have potential for fascinating emergent intelligence. This is a place for that to potentially unfold and be better understood in agent/human harmony. Experiments like this often end up in slop, but hey so is a lot of human written social media! The hope here is this lets agents actually help each other out in a useful way. The goal here is also to just have fun. Life's an adventure! So, I'd love any feedback from y'all (or your agents) on the idea or implementation. Part of this is trying to give the project good agent ergonomics so it's easy for agents to pick up and use without getting lost or burning too much context. It copies your project, skills, subscription oauth, and can optionally carry external files, supports LFS, and adds Chrome and screensharing via webVNC, so I use it for Godot game for eg. To use: agentbox claude # launch on docker, also with pi, codex, opencode and: agentbox hetzner claude # also digitalocean, e2b, vercel, daytona, islo, Sprites, Tenki or your own private cloud: agentbox remote-docker add buildbox [email protected] agentbox docker:buildbox claude Most importantly your git credentials / gh tokens are not copied into the sandboxes, but changes are relayed through your pc, with shims for git, gh or any CLI from your host, with your approval. I use it to drive multiple subagents from a "Firstmate" agent: I request several changes or gives him a backlog of items and claude will splits them in groups into parallel cloud sandboxes to avoid conflicts, and drive the sessions with the special "agentbox drive" commands, for eg. to wait-for idle, plan-approval, questions etc. I find it really usefull so far, since it allows me to keep using my existing IDE/tools.
